**Job Description:**

The Basic Pay Scale (BPS) or grade for an EST is 16, which is higher than the grade for a JEST, which is 14. So, being an EST comes with added responsibilities and benefits.

**Selection Process:**

If you're interested in becoming an EST, you should know that the Sukkur IBA or SPSC will most likely conduct the test for these positions. This test is essential to showcase your skills and knowledge.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

To be eligible for these positions, you should be between 30 to 45 years old and have a Master's level education. Also, having a teaching license is a must for these jobs.

There are two ways to become an EST: either by getting promoted from a JEST position (BPS 14) to an EST position (BPS 16) or by passing the EST test conducted by IBA or SPSC. Remember, for both paths, having a teaching license is necessary.
